Returns
At Lubido, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are here to help.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:-
- The item was purchased directly from our website.
- The item is in its original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
- The item is unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please note that certain items, such as personalized or intimate goods, are exempt from being returned for hygiene reasons.
Return Period
Our return period is 3 days from the date of delivery. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:-
- Log in to your account on our website.
- Go to the "Order History" section and select the order containing the item you want to return.
- Follow the instructions to initiate the return process.
- If you checked out as a guest or have any issues with the online return process, please contact our customer service at sohailmathur@unclecool.in for assistance.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 business days.
- If rejected, we will provide you with the reasons for the rejection and the option to have the item returned to you at your expense.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please contact us at sohailmathur@unclecool.in for assistance.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over [X amount], you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please get in touch with us at sohailmathur@unclecool.in.
